TeraAI provides AI-powered content generation tools. You understand that the services are provided "AS-IS" and that TeraAI assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery of any user communications or personalization settings.

You agree not to use the service to generate content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene.
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt or destroy software.

4. Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own all rights, title, and interest in and to any specific output generated by the Services via your input.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
